Everyone dreams and wonders about how to get the prefect beach body but few are willing to make the sacrifices to make this a reality. Stop Snacking – Snacks are bad for you even the healthy ones as they add up to extra calories and can halt your progress. If you find yourself getting hungry during the day then it may be time to review your meals to ensure you’re getting a balanced diet and potentially adding a meal if you’re currently having 3. High intensity interval training – High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a great way of loosing weight. It involves alternating between short bouts of high-intensity exercise and short bouts of recovery. Research has shown that you will burn more fat by doing 4 to 6 30-second sprints (with 4-minutes of rest in between) than by walking for 60 minutes. When compared against traditional cardio, HIIT is a much more time effective way to lose fat which is what you want to obtain your beach body.
